Grower schedules, transport and live plant logistics can occasionally move an expected arrival date. We would rather a plant arrives properly than rush a live shipment.

How Do Rare Plant Pre Orders Work? +
When a plant is available for pre order, you can reserve it before the stock physically arrives with us.
The individual product listing will show the information available for that release, including expected sizing and arrival details where known.
Once the plants arrive, they are checked before pre orders are prepared for collection or delivery.
Why Should I Pre Order a Rare Houseplant? +
Pre ordering can give you a better chance of securing varieties that may arrive in limited numbers or sell quickly once they become generally available.
It can be particularly useful for sought after collector plants and unusual varieties where supplier availability is unpredictable.
When Will My Pre Order Plant Arrive? +
Estimated arrival information will be shown on the individual pre order wherever possible.
Live plants can occasionally be affected by grower schedules, transport or other delays outside our control.
Any dates shown should therefore be treated as estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.
Can I Pre Order Rare and Variegated Houseplants? +
Yes, depending on what is available from our growers and suppliers.
Pre orders can include rare cultivars, unusual collector plants and variegated varieties from genera such as Monstera, Philodendron and Alocasia.

What Happens if a Pre Order Plant Becomes Unavailable? +
Live plant supply can occasionally change before an order reaches us.
If a grower is unable to fulfil a particular plant, we will contact affected customers with the available options.
We will not simply substitute something different without agreement.
Always check the individual pre order terms for any release specific information.
Can You Source a Rare Plant That Is Not Available to Pre Order? +
Absolutely.
Pre orders are based on plants we already expect to become available.
