Leaf Line is the Oh Shoot! Plants rescue service for houseplants that need another route.
If you can no longer keep a plant, send us a photo, some basic information and its story so we can work out whether Leaf Line is suitable.
Do I need to know what plant I have? +
No.
If you know the plant name, great. If you do not, send us clear photos and any information you do have.
Can I use Leaf Line for an unhealthy plant? +
You can still contact us if the plant is struggling. Send clear photos and tell us what you know about the problem.
We can then let you know whether Leaf Line is the right route or whether another service such as the Plant Clinic would make more sense.
What if my plant has pests? +
Tell us before any handover.
If you know or suspect that the plant has thrips, spider mites, mealybugs, scale, fungus gnats or another pest issue, include that information from the start.
Can I send more than one plant? +
Yes, you can contact us about more than one plant.
Send clear photos and basic information for each one so we can understand what you have and advise on the next step.
How do I start a Leaf Line rescue? +
