Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancel.

Once your order has shipped, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible and we would need to do a return.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Nationwide delivery is provided through Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 hours.

If you’re not home to receive your order, our delivery partners will either leave the package in a safe place or attempt redelivery.

If you miss your delivery, you will be provided with instructions on how to rearrange it.

We recommend unpacking your plant as soon as it arrives to let it acclimate to its new environment.

Ensure it’s placed in a suitable spot with the right light and water conditions. If your plant looks stressed from its journey, give it a little time to recover, some plants will take a little longer to acclimate than others.
