Oh Shoot Plants Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Oh Shoot Plants Loyalty Program. By joining and participating, you agree to the terms below. They’re here to keep things clear, fair and running smoothly for everyone.
1. Eligibility
To join the Oh Shoot Plants Loyalty Program, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom
Membership is free and available to customers shopping online or in store.
2. Earning Points
Points can be earned through qualifying purchases and selected activities, such as reviews, referrals or special promotions.
• Points are awarded based on completed transactions
• Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account
• Oh Shoot Plants reserves the right to remove points awarded in error
If a qualifying purchase is returned or refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
3. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for discounts on qualifying purchases.
• Minimum spend of £25 applies when redeeming points
• Points must be redeemed in the available increments shown in your rewards dashboard
• Rewards cannot be used on sale items
• Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless stated otherwise
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Points & Rewards Conditions
• Points are non transferable and cannot be shared between accounts
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash
• Rewards are valid only on Oh Shoot Plants products
• Oh Shoot Plants reserves the right to cancel or refuse rewards if misuse is suspected
5. Expiration of Points
Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
If your account remains inactive for 12 months, any remaining points will expire.
We may not send reminders before points expire, so we recommend checking your account regularly.
6. Changes or Termination
Oh Shoot Plants reserves the right to:
• Modify how points are earned
• Adjust reward values
• Add or remove earning opportunities
• Pause or terminate the Loyalty Program
If the program is ever discontinued, members will have 60 days from the announcement date to redeem any remaining points before they expire.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
By joining the Loyalty Program, you agree to the processing of your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Your information will only be used to:
• Track and manage your points
• Administer rewards
• Communicate relevant program updates
We will never sell your data.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Acceptance of Terms
