Small Kokedama are £40 per person and large Kokedama are £50 per person.

A plant display with its own little personality

Kokedama is a traditional style of planting where the plant’s root ball is shaped and wrapped in moss. In this relaxed, practical workshop, you’ll make your own moss ball plant display and learn how to care for it at home.

No experience is needed. We’ll guide you through the process from plant and soil mix to the final wrap of string.

Your plant, moss, soil mix, string and all other materials are included. We’ll demonstrate each step, help as you go and share care advice before you head home with your finished Kokedama.

Small Kokedama

£40 per person

Create a smaller moss ball plant display with all the materials and step by step guidance included.

Each person makes a Kokedama to take home. The event listing has the details for that date, including availability and booking.

Two hours of plants and pottering

Workshops usually run from 6pm to 8pm unless the event listing says otherwise. Take your time, ask questions and enjoy making something living to take home.

Tea, coffee, juice and the snacks we provide are included. Prefer something else? Bring your own bottle, snacks or whatever you fancy.
